The hotel had its ups and downs. The room wasn't ready when we arrived, but it turned out to be bigger than expected with very comfortable beds. The cleanliness was a letdown though. The service was a mix of excellent and unprofessional encounters. The location was good in terms of convenience and security, although some updates are needed. The dining experience offered nice choices but lacked in taste. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located, despite being in between the laundry room and the gate leading to the pool area and breakfast spot on the top floor. The service was exceptional, accommodating me with a fan for the extreme heat. However, the dining experience was not as delicious as expected. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, but it felt quite out of date in some areas.
